"So my name is Julie Thompson, I’m the Director of Operations at Lotane and Associates. We’ve been partnered with HealPay for nearly five years but it feels like an eternity.

We love working with HealPay because first of all HealPay listens. You know you're getting a direct relationship with everyone involved, whether it's Erick, Lance, or any of the team; they’re very supportive.

[And so] We use the SettlementApp which is online payment portal. We use the IVR, which is interactive voice response system, which means we have to have less staff and we can have the system automate these payments, which is very important to in this industry.

Some of our great experiences with the customer support team include things like calling and escalating when we have issues or calling and saying there's new compliance out and they're very familiar with what's going on. They're often sharing information with us which is excellent because in this industry it changes often. Let’s face it, you can read one page one day and the very next day it’s changed. [and so] Typically HealPay is on top of that and communicating with us and trying to come up with resolutions on how to be compliant versus us asking them.

Because HealPay is integrated with Q-LawE, it makes it a much more tech-savvy product. We’re not as concerned about how it will work, HealPay handles all of that for us, we can focus on what we do best which is collections.
