The Illinois Creditors Bar Association was founded in 1995. Today the ILCBA has over 200+ members. The Illinois Creditors Bar Association is currently the largest state based creditors bar association in the country. Its members practice areas include: retail/commercial collections, commercial litigation, creditor bankruptcy, mechanic’s liens, foreclosure and evictions and more. The Illinois Creditors Bar Association has the distinction of being recognized as an accredited minimum continuing legal education provider by providing high quality, affordable credits to its members.
