Merchant Support Engineer

We’re looking for a smart and productive individual who has a knack for interacting with customers and the drive to fulfill their needs. Major responsibilities include answering support tickets filed by merchants and regularly engaging with merchants & vendors over the phone to resolve issues. You will also be involved in QA for our products and maintaining documentation of our processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with HTML & CSS
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Demonstrable familiarity with a major programming language

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Familiarity with Git & Github or Bitbucket or Gitlab
  • Familiarity with merchant services or payment processing
  • Experience with underwriting
  • Experience with QA and bug-reporting
